Each consumer review is checked for authenticity prior to publication to ensure that reviews only come from consumers who have actually purchased/used the reviewed products. How long does shipping take?

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouses in Germany or Austria on the same day or the next working day at the latest. Within Germany and Austria, your parcel should therefore be with you within 1-3 days. Delivery usually takes place on the next working day.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship to Germany, Austria, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Hungary, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Spain.

Do you deliver to packing stations?

Unfortunately not, as we use different delivery service providers depending on the warehouse. (Post.at, DHL, GLS and DPD)

Great selection of items that are dispatched super fast. This dog harness also fully meets the expectations, compared to the previous model some changes have been made (material buckle) which hopefully will not have a negative effect. However, it is now machine washable, which is of course a huge advantage over its predecessor.
