How long does shipping take?

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouses in Germany or Austria on the same day or the next working day at the latest. Within Germany and Austria, your parcel should therefore be with you within 1-2 days. Delivery usually takes place on the next working day.

How much does shipping cost?

From an order value of €69, shipping is free for you within Austria and Germany. Below that, the shipping costs are only € 6.95. Shipping costs for other countries can be found here: Shipping costs

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Germany, Austria, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Hungary, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Spain.

How can I pay?

In addition to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, Klarna Pay now, Klarna Pay later, iDeal, eps Bank Transfer, you can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I order as a guest?

YES, because we want to offer you an uncomplicated and pleasant shopping experience by avoiding time-consuming registration processes. So you can start shopping with us straight away!

How does a return work?

It is important to us that you choose every product carefully and make conscious purchasing decisions. Returns cause high costs and place an additional burden on our environment. Choose a product that you want to keep and check the size chart, product description and pictures carefully.

We do NOT offer free returns. Regarding the return shipment to us in Austria, you are welcome to use a shipping service provider of your choice. Click here for the return instructions!

Do you deliver to packing stations?

Unfortunately not, as we use different delivery service providers depending on the warehouse. (Post.at, DHL, GLS and DPD)

Where can I set up a subscription?

You can easily set up your subscription on the specific product page. There you will find all the available options and can select the individual feed amount and the desired interval. Incidentally, you can also set up a subscription for other regular items such as food supplements, snacks or care products.

Can I choose different delivery intervals for my subscription?

Yes, you can organise your regular deliveries flexibly and have the products you want delivered at different times.

Can I mix one-time orders with my subscription?

Yes, it's easy to do that with us. One-time orders can be easily combined with your subscription. Simply access your subscriptions in your customer account or in this subscription management (https://www.woofshack.com/en/a/subscriptions/login) and add any product from our shop as a one-time purchase. The one-time purchase is possible for all products in the shop, even those that cannot be ordered by subscription.

How long is the subscription period?

The subscription period is completely flexible and can be customised by you. You can pause, skip, reactivate, reschedule or cancel your subscription at any time without providing a reason. You can choose between deliveries at intervals of two to twelve weeks.

What does shipping cost for subscriptions?

Shipping for subscriptions is handled the same way as for one-time purchases. Please refer to the shipping costs for your country in our shipping costs table (https://www.woofshack.com/en/policies/shipping-policy). There are no additional fees for subscriptions.

Until when can changes be made to the subscription?

Changes to your subscription can be made until the day before the next payment date. You will receive a reminder email about the upcoming subscription charge three days before your next payment. This gives you plenty of time to make adjustments.

Can I pause my subscription when I go on holiday?

Of course! You can pause, skip, reactivate or reschedule your subscription at any time – ideal for holiday periods or special circumstances.

What payment methods are available for my subscription?

Currently, you can use either a credit card or PayPal for your subscription.

How many subscriptions can I have?

There is no limit! You can create as many subscriptions and products as you need – perfect for different pets or different delivery intervals.

When will my subscription order be sent?

Your first delivery will be processed and prepared for dispatch on the next working day after payment has been made. Usually, the delivery will be handed over to the shipping company and the tracking number will be sent by email on the same day. Subsequent deliveries will always be triggered on the day following the next subscription charge at the selected interval.

Where can I make changes to my subscription?

You can easily make changes in your customer account under "Subscriptions" or in the customer portal for subscription management (https://www.woofshack.com/en/a/subscriptions/login) – simple and user-friendly!

How and where can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription via your customer account in the "Subscriptions" section or in the customer portal for subscription management (https://www.woofshack.com/en/a/subscriptions/login). No questions asked – quick and easy.
